single colour

A one colour print solution is commonly used for team kit and corporate clothing where affordability is important without sacrificing quality. Hi-vis vests and jackets, event clothing and club uniform are the most popular items for single colour print.

2-5 colour print

Our in-house print carousel can print in up to 5 colours in a single pass, slashing production time yet maintaining superb quality throughout the run.

embroidery

Our multi-head embroidery machine can apply complex designs containing several colours direct to clothing items, baseball caps and many other fabric-based items. Ideal for clothing where quality of presentation is important.

transfer print

Our automated film cutter is used to create your design which is then heat sealed onto the garment material. Film material is available in a large range of colours and multi-colour combinations are available on shorter runs (longer runs would be more suited to screen printing). Transfer Print provides an affordable solution and delivers top quality results.

dye sublimation

A similar technique to Transfer Print but ‘Dye-Sub’ as it is called is capable of producing full colour renditions of logos, photographs and all types of graphical material.

dtg (direct to garment)

DTG printing is a process of printing on textiles and garments using specialised or modified inkjet technology. The two key requirements of DTG printing are a transport mechanism for the garment and specialty inks (inkjet textile inks) that are applied to the textile directly and are absorbed by the material. This means that there is no intermediate production process, production of screens or transfers for instance, and also the design can be printed straight from the onscreen design on a computer to the garment in exactly the same way as printing a document on an ordinary office inkjet. This gives great flexibility, one-off capability and speed of turnaround.

We supply and print safety vests, jackets, trousers and hard hats for Government Departments and private contractors working in the building, roadside maintenance and security sectors. These life-saving products are a speciality of ours and we work closely with our clients to ensure the suitability and function of all products supplied. All items bear the CE Mark and meet current legislation regarding safety guidelines.

emboss print

Commonly used in the Fashion Industry, also called puffy print or foam print. The printed image is slightly raised above the surface of the garment and is soft to the touch. Great for clubs, party-wear, fancy dress and wherever you need to make an unusual and out-of-the-ordinary impression.

print position options

Why settle for a plain and simple print on the left breast of your sweatshirt? We can also print on the back (of course!), on sleeves, collars, cuffs, upside down (on purpose!), back to front (ditto) and in practically any position on any garment.
